I would add that there is a lot of natural food, especially on the West Coast, that is not certified organic but is natural nonetheless because it's coming from small farms, foraging, etc. We need to get to know our food purveyors (chefs, farmers, foragers, grocers, etc.) and ask them where our food comes from.
